Synopsis
Opportunity to design and implement next generation Information Systems for successful international business
The Role
As Chief Information Officer you will report to the Product President and join EF's senior management leading the Information Systems team for English First.
You will be responsible for the development of English First's Information Systems strategy and work alongside our Chief Technology Officer to improve our IT infrastructure and direct the company's utilization of all technology.
By leveraging the growing importance of IT, the job provides a superior opportunity to direct the business and operational activities of an international business.
Requirements (All Candidates)
• University degree
• Strong project management background – a proven track record in leading a major IT/change program for a well respected multi-national company
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor relationships
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Requirements (Optional)
• Additional language skills
• Experience in non-IT functions
• Experience of managing remote teams
Additional information
In order to liaise with senior management this position will require international travel.
